The owner of these dogs has been seen still walking these vicious dogs off lead even though she has been cautioned, fined and told to keep them leashed and muzzled. They attacked another dog yesterday 21st June 2020. This is why we need Daisy's Law so that irresponsible people like this woman can be prosecuted!!
