Dear Friends, As you may know, we met with British Airways in London on Monday to discuss our campaign for BA to stop selling trips to SeaWorld. The meeting lasted 2 hours and was very constructive and informative. BA stated that they have taken notice of the quarter of a million people who signed this petition. They are keen to continue an open dialogue with us and other companies, including SeaWorld. They will be meeting with SeaWorld in a few weeks and we hope for concrete progress at that meeting. We have agreed to giving British Airways some time to meet with other organisations, help them understand the issue, and to discuss next steps with SeaWorld. I will keep you updated as we move into a stage of continued dialogue with British Airways.
