Hi everyone, As mentioned in the last update, British Airways have agreed to meet with us on Monday, the 13th of October. I would like to give you all the chance to get in touch with BA personally. Imagine you were going to the meeting in my place or would be able to attend, what would you tell BA? What do they need to know? So make sure your comments are respectful, polite and factual. Any form of swearing and rudeness will not be taken to the meeting. If there is something you would like to say to BA in person, this is your chance. I hope you all join in as there is no way these comments can be ignored.
