Hello again wonderful Clayfield Community, as the school year comes to a close, we wanted to provide you all with a quick update on the Childcare Centre Development Application (DA) for 46 Bayview Terrace.

The developer has again asked for and been granted another stop to the current period. This means that the developer now has until 20 January 2021 to either withdraw the DA, put up the sign notifying the public that they wish to pursue the application or to request another stop the current period.

Please be aware and spread the word that yes this DA is still active. 

We strongly urge you not to submit an objection at this stage. The best time is if or when the sign goes up notifying us of the development. If and when that happens we will let you know. In the meantime we are hoping with all our hearts that the developer withdraws this application and we no longer have to worry ourselves.
