Bring William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy to Major Podcast Platforms

Bring William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy to Major Podcast Platforms
The Issue
Hello friends,
I hope everyone is doing well. I kindly ask for your attention. Please bear with me as I explain the heart behind this petition and why I'm seeking your support.
Purpose of This Petition
This petition aims to get eminent Christian apologists, Dr. William Lane Craig, and Michael Jones — better known as Inspiring Philosophy — invited onto many of the world's most influential podcasts. This would be a powerful opportunity to spread the Gospel and reignite faith in a generation that desperately needs it. I will address this in further detail later on, but before I do so, allow me to describe where this idea began.
Background
This initiative builds on a prior campaign of mine. Many of you will recall that back in April 2023, I created a viral petition to get William Lane Craig on The Joe Rogan Experience (see the link below). Whether one is aware of this petition or not, before proceeding, please read it, either as a refresher or to inform yourself about its purpose, in the event that this is the first time you're hearing about it.
Additionally, in order to avoid redundancy herein, this link ought to suffice as Dr. Craig’s write-up for this new petition; in other words: apply what is written in the link below to this new campaign. I will say a few more words about him, however, as you read on.
Original petition: https://www.change.org/p/help-to-get-dr-william-lane-craig-on-the-joe-rogan-experience
Lessons Learned — A Different Approach
While it originally gained traction, I think one of the main reasons why the Craig/Rogan petition has been unsuccessful thus far is due to the fact that I did not include a clear way of contacting Joe’s personnel within my original pitch, because I didn't, and still don't, know specifically who does his guest booking. This is an issue that I have sought to correct with this new campaign, hence, I have accumulated verified contact information for the respective podcasts that I am targeting; more on that later.
I mentioned in the original petition that Joe used to have a contact form on his official website that was meant specifically for requesting guests, however, that form had been removed from his site by the time that I published said petition, therefore, I was unable to provide any proper avenue whereby one could nominate a guest.
This probably resulted in people resorting to X (Twitter) and other social media platforms, such as Instagram, to contact Joe, however, due to his popularity, I'm not sure how often he reads tweets and checks direct messages from the general population, making matters even more difficult. Whether the petition ever came to his attention, I do not know.
Moreover, even if he saw said petition and how well it was received, that still might not have guaranteed that he would have obliged our collective request, as he tends to choose his guests based on his own desires and preferences, as opposed to what other people want.
With that said, though landing William Lane Craig a spot on Rogan's podcast might be out of reach for now — though, not necessarily — I have decided to create another petition, however, this time it involves not just the former, but also Inspiring Philosophy, as previously mentioned. In the event that you are not familiar with the latter and his ministry, below is a brief description from his website that will elucidate things for you.
Who is Michael Jones?
"Michael Jones is the founder and director of the non-profit organization “Inspiring Philosophy,” and is primarily dedicated to research in the fields of philosophy, history, and science to uncover deep philosophical questions relating to the universe and our individual perception of life. He has a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Arizona and has published a plethora of research work on his YouTube Channel “Inspiring Philosophy.” On this channel he compiles and analyzes data for the layman to reach reasonable conclusions to a variety of philosophical quandaries. Some of his most notable work includes his presented research on quantum mechanics and how it points to a theistic worldview, a video series on Genesis 1-11, a defense of the resurrection of Jesus, and videos addressing the problem of evil and hell."
Further statements from Michael:
“Social media has connected people from all corners of the world, making our planet of 8 billion feel smaller and smaller.
However, it has also shaken the confidence of many in their faith. Millions of young Christians are leaving the church, citing doubts about the validity of the Bible and those who teach it. This is not only a saddening fact but it is statistically DANGEROUS for our society as a whole!
Inspiring Philosophy aims to bridge this gap in knowledge about God and Christianity and restore confidence and clarity in the scriptures.
While God is the author of science, history, and philosophy and He needs no defense, sometimes our minds need further convincing.
Inspiring Philosophy connects history, philosophy, physics, quantum mechanics, and more to defend the truth of the Bible.
Every week, we create short-form videos on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube for the layman to combat misinformation about Christianity.
These videos help hundreds of thousands of people reach reasonable conclusions about the Christian faith through statistical data and scholarly citations. We also regularly produce high-quality long-form videos on YouTube and via our podcast, building a comprehensive library of almost a thousand apologetic arguments.”
Why Apologetics?
"Today’s generations seek truth and proof, making apologetics essential. It shows that Christianity is reasonable, valid, and evidence-based. Apologetics silences misinformation and provides Christians and skeptics the ability to make informed choices about following Christ.
With so much misinformation online, clear, reasonable answers are crucial for presenting Christianity in a positive light.
Skeptics often spread misinformation, so it's vital to equip the next generation with resources to stand firm in their faith.
Understanding WHY Christianity is true helps minds reinforce hearts during doubt.
As Jesus said, "…you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." – Mark 12:30."
Here are a few samples of Inspiring Philosophy's excellent work, including his recent debate with secular scientist, Lawrence Krauss, who has also debated William Lane Craig on multiple occasions.

Thinking Bigger
In contrast with my previous petition, this current one does not focus on Joe Rogan exclusively, rather, it includes a diverse list of prominent podcasters with tremendous influence and massive, often secular, audiences, whose platforms have the ability to shape cultural opinion on a wide array of topics, including philosophy and theology.
Below is a comprehensive list of who I am considering (feel free to suggest others that I have missed, assuming that you are on board with this campaign and would like to help shape it).
I have provided the aforementioned contact information (see below) that I have accumulated to date. Where associated email addresses and contact forms could not be found, I have included links to official social media platforms where these podcasters can be reached.
Podcast List
Note: I have intentionally focused on mostly secular podcasts that welcome open and civil discussion of different ideas and worldviews, as that is the type of audience that we need to reach with the Gospel. Additionally, it should go without saying, but just because I chose these particular podcasters, that does not mean that I endorse everything they say or believe.
YouTube subscriber counts for these respective podcasts are accurate as of this petition's publication (that does not even take into account each podcaster’s listens, views, and subscriber counts on other platforms that their shows are featured, such as Apple, Spotify, etc).

Note: William Lane Craig appeared in a panel discussion with Jordan Peterson and Rebecca Goldstein at the University of Toronto in 2018. Unfortunately, Dr. Craig and Dr. Peterson only spoke directly for about five minutes, as the majority of the conversation was controlled by Goldstein, who brought little substance to the dialogue.
This resulted in a squandered opportunity for both men to go deep into philosophical and theological territory, which the former tried to do before Goldstein directed the discussion elsewhere, thereby interrupting an interesting exchange that never was never able to develop very far. Sadly, this was the only time Dr. Craig and Dr. Peterson have ever crossed paths, and the latter has never spoken with Inspiring Philosophy. Hopefully we can remedy that by encouraging Dr. Peterson to host both as guests on his podcast.

His relatable sentiments reminded me of William Lane Craig's lecture called, 'The Absurdity of Life without God,' which thoroughly details the utterly hopeless reality of our existence, in the absence of God. Perhaps this is what Lex has been wrestling with, given his lack of religious conviction. Both Dr. Craig and Inspiring Philosophy could help to allay that anxiety and fear by presenting Lex with a robust case for the hope and truth of the Gospel.

One might be asking themselves why I would include this particular podcast in this petition. I think William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy could be good Christian and fatherly examples to the many troubled girls that this show routinely features. Various prominent Christians have been guests on Whatever, such as Trent Horn, Lila Rose, Ruslan KD, and Charlie Kirk; the latter, especially, displaying an edifying and graceful attitude, which was warmly acknowledged by several of his female interlocutors.

Bryan has previously hosted William Lane Craig on his podcast, twice, but he has never done an episode with Inspiring Philosophy. I have personally spoken with Bryan several times via email, sharing apologetics resources with him, which he genuinely appreciated. He told me that he was currently reading Dr. Craig's books and would love to have him back on his podcast, as well as other Christian apologists that I mentioned, such as Inspiring Philosophy. Why This Matters
My primary motivation for this petition stems from recognizing the immense potential that these prominent podcasts have to reach enormous amounts of people with the Gospel, thereby accelerating the advancement of God's Kingdom.
Given the advent of the internet, and especially social media and podcasts, we live in the most advantageous time in human history, whereby the Gospel can be disseminated to literally millions of people, virtually instantaneously.
I have felt an unwavering calling to play a small part in bringing the good news to a mass audience with open hearts and minds, and I feel that William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy are among the greatest living intellectual expositors of Christianity (I would also put N.T. Wright in that echelon, however, he can be difficult for the layman to follow, not to mention that he lives in the U.K, thus, making travel to these predominantly American podcasts a challenge).
Helping these men to appear on any of these podcasts would provide ample seed-planting opportunities, which could awaken people — who may never step foot in a church or seek out apologetics content, if they’re even aware of it — from their spiritual lethargy and move them toward a commitment to Christ.
My Unintentional Discovery of Apologetics and How That Transformed My Faith
Speaking from my own personal testimony, it was my discovery of apologetics, about a decade ago, in the throes of deep depression, brought on by an existential crisis, that struck me like an epiphany.
When I learned that one could actually make a historical case for Jesus’ bodily resurrection, thereby showing that faith is not a blind leap in the dark, rather, an evidential, rationally-held trust in certain historical facts — and that we are actually instructed to be able to explain what undergirds our beliefs (1 Peter 3:15) — it was like a light bulb went off in my head. It completely blew my mind.
How did I — a life-long Christian — not know this? It seems so embarrassing and obvious in hindsight. That was the game-changer that utterly transformed my flimsy faith into something robust and defensible.
It was largely William Lane Craig who exposed me to the historicity of the resurrection in one of his lectures, whereby he stated that the Gospels are primarily Greco-Roman biographies, similar to Arrian and Plutarch’s biographies on the life, exploits, and death of Alexander The Great, which despite being written four hundred years after the death of Alexander, are still widely accepted as reliable sources among ancient historians, contrasted with the Gospels, which were written during the lifetime of the eyewitnesses.
When I learned that, I was astounded. Here I thought that one merely had to have “faith,” not realizing that the Gospels were historical accounts that reported eyewitness testimony from people describing specific concrete events that could be investigated like any other historical documents. This ultimately led me on a deep dive of research, which cultivated my new-found passion for apologetics.
I would be remiss not to give credit where it is due. How I came to learn about Dr. Craig was through my younger brother, David, who showed me a clip of the former's exchange with Peter Atkins (see the link below) during their 1998 debate in Atlanta, which was moderated by the late great William F. Buckley Jr. Said exchange has become legendary in the years that have followed and it is arguably Dr. Craig's most referenced excerpt from his acclaimed career as a philosophical debater.
Play from the twenty second mark: Does Science Prove Everything?
Long before this footage was ever published on YouTube, my brother came across this on a different online media platform and shared it with me. This snippet was one of the most eye-opening revelations that I had ever experienced, which awoke me from my intellectually lazy slumber and caused me to ruminate in a way that had never occurred to me before. Though it would be at least a decade longer before I dug into apologetics, the seed had been planted.
One day early in 2016, I got down on my hands and knees, sobbing, as I cried out to God in agony and total despair, longing for answers to my questions and doubts. Dr. Craig, whose name had stuck in the back of my mind for all of those years, entered my thoughts, causing me to go down a rabbit hole where I read his articles and watched his lectures and debates with great eagerness and curiosity.
Through my investigation, ranging from various people and sources, Dr. Craig stood out a mile and became the most instrumental person in my life with respect to building rational arguments for God's existence and the historicity of Jesus' bodily resurrection. I will forever be indebted to him for his imperative work, knowledge, and wisdom that he has imparted to myself and the world. If anyone is truly deserving of being lionized for a life's worth of academic achievement and excellence, it is him.
I would highly recommend watching his most famous debate with the late Christopher Hitchens.

The Wes Huff Phenomenon / Why William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy?
Seeing Wes Huff — who also happens to be from my hometown of Toronto — doing the rounds on many of these podcasts, over the course of the last ten months or so, has been absolutely amazing. His appearances have been a breath of fresh air, offering a much-needed intellectual voice for the Gospel in spaces where thoughtful, faith-based dialogue is often missing.
For years, many us have hoped and prayed for someone like him to be invited onto these large platforms to present a reasoned case for the Gospel and that call has been answered. While I am thrilled by Wes' growing visibility, I hope his exposure serves as a gateway for other scholarly Christians to be granted the same opportunities.
He has paved the way, and although his appearances on many of the podcasts listed above, such as Joe Rogan's, have been impactful, compared to most Christian apologists, William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy can offer deeper dives into topics ranging from philosophy to quantum theory, history to ethics, reaching both hearts and minds.
Image description: William Lane Craig with Inspiring Philosophy at a conference in 2019
Both men are polymaths with expertise spanning disciplines such as science, history, theology, and philosophy. Their deep understanding of these fields uniquely equips them to effectively communicate with skeptical, secular, and inquisitive audiences. Their content is not only accessible, but intellectually rigorous, making complex topics understandable without sacrificing depth — ideal for lengthy podcast dialogue — and their ability to engage both the heart and the mind is unparalleled.
In that sense, Wes Huff's appearances have been a valuable springboard, opening the door for other Christian intellectuals to expand on his work in the long-form discussion arena. I can think of no two people who are better-prepared for a task and time such as this than William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy.
Sam Harris famously described Dr. Craig as "the one Christian apologist who seems to have put the fear of God into many of my fellow atheists." This statement reflects the latter's reputation as a formidable and skilled debater, particularly known for his philosophical arguments for God's existence and historical arguments for the Resurrection of Jesus. Harris' quote highlights the high regard with which Dr. Craig is held even by his intellectual opponents, acknowledging his effectiveness in challenging secular viewpoints. Atheist Philosophers and Academics on Dr. William Lane Craig
Why Now is the Time
I feel that it would be negligent to not avail ourselves of modern technology. These large platforms possess the ability to get the Gospel out to innumerable masses of people that even Billy Graham could only dream of reaching. Moreover, we are experiencing a spiritual awakening in the West, which was occurring prior to, and has been amplified in the wake of, Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
This is a rare moment when culture, technology, and spiritual hunger intersect. We need voices like Dr. Craig and Inspiring Philosophy in these conversations — voices that speak truth with clarity and intellectual rigor.
Andrew Kolvet, Executive Producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, recently posted this compilation video (see the link below) of people who have started going to church and have given their lives to Christ, because of the faithful example that Charlie personified. These testimonies are just a few out of thousands of similar ones that have been disseminated throughout social media since Charlie’s passing. There could even be millions of people worldwide with similar testimonies, for all we know, who simply haven’t shared them online.
https://x.com/AndrewKolvet/status/1972868668003660026
This is proof that from out of the dark cloud of despondency and despair, God can, and does, use tragedy to bring forth unforeseen goodness, which we are currently witnessing. What was perhaps a mere ambitious dream of Charlie’s — to foster a large scale return to Christianity in his lifetime — that is now unfolding exponentially in the wake of his tragic murder.
Notable Stats
On a similar note, Generation Z (those born roughly between 1997 and 2012) are not only the most conservative generation in the postwar era, but they are expressing interest in Christianity in numbers that exceed previous generations, as they have rejected the bleak and hopeless reality of woke, secular materialism. Again, people like Charlie Kirk have played a crucial part in this renewed interest in Christianity.
On September 28, 2025, Collin Rugg wrote on X (Twitter):
“REPORT: Faith leaders are reporting a 15% increase in church attendance following the assassination of Charlie Kirk, according to Fox News.
Faith leaders are calling it "the Charlie Kirk effect" as people are flocking to church.
Even before Charlie was killed, data revealed how people, specifically young adults, were turning to Christianity.
Bible sales through August 2025 hit 10 million, one million more compared to the same point last year, according to BookScan.
According to a study conducted earlier this year, church attendance among Gen Z has quadrupled in the UK.
"In 2018, just 4% of 18–24-year-olds said that they attended church at least monthly. Today, says The Quiet Revival, this has risen to 16% with young men increasing from 4% to 21%, and young women from 3 to 12%," the Bible Society reported.
Praise God.”

When contacting these podcasters, please make your messages are clear and concise, while accompanying them with samples of William Lane Craig and Inspiring Philosophy's content where possible and when asked for.
I know that I have included a lot of podcasts, and it might seem overwhelming to get in touch with all of them, but I would encourage you to try to contact each one. To make this task more convenient, it might help to create a standard message that you can copy and paste, making small amendments and personalized changes where necessary, as opposed to feeling obligated to create a unique message for each podcast, which would, understandably, be more time-consuming. Each of you can decide what approach works best for you. Feel free to quote me.
If you are a Christian apologist or some other person with an online following, in addition to sharing this petition on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), please consider making a brief video message (which you can share on your socials), encouraging your respective audiences to support this campaign. This would really help to get the word out there.
For example, with my previous Craig/Rogan petition, various apologists, such as Cameron Bertuzzi (Capturing Christianity), Matt Fradd (Pints with Aquinas), Mike Winger, and Ruslan KD, either made YouTube videos or tweeted about it. This helped tremendously and was the catalyst that led to that petition's sudden explosion in views and signatures. More people getting involved in that way would serve to galvanize support and amplify that rapid effect to an even greater extent.
Though written endorsements would be greatly appreciated, video messages, especially, would be more impactful and could be readily shared via social media, thereby reaching a wider audience across a multitude of platforms.
In the event that I have piqued your interest and you would like to support this campaign, please add your signature, but mostly importantly, please remember to contact the podcasters listed above by using the methods that I have provided. Simply signing your name will not be sufficient; the deciding factor will come with our combined effort to personally contact each podcaster by following the instructions that I have shared above.
I must stress that the goal is not to debate them, rather, to have friendly, thought-provoking conversations. Please keep that in mind when making your requests, because if the wrong impression is given, that could hamper the success of this petition by causing said requests to be rejected.
I know that Inspiring Philosophy has tried to get on some of these big podcasts, and William Lane Craig has also expressed interest in speaking with Joe Rogan, for example, which is why I think a well-organized, concerted effort would best facilitate the achievement of that goal, and that has motivated me to take the initiative to try to actualize this objective, as merely hoping that invitations will present themselves — not that I am accusing anyone specifically of this — is unproductive.
With that said, remember, there are no guarantees that this campaign will be entirely successful — we may not get each podcaster in question to agree — but with enough support, I feel confident that many of them will oblige when they see the requests flow in, and assuming that is true, demand for Dr. Craig and Inspiring Philosophy will increase, as evidenced by Wes Huff's sudden and rapid growth in popularity after his impactful appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience.
Final Thoughts
This initiative is not just about getting two brilliant minds more visibility. It's about taking the tools of our time — podcasts, social/modern media — and using them to proclaim the Gospel in the public square. We live in a moment where God is moving; let's not waste it.
As someone whose life was transformed by apologetics, I believe that platforms like Joe Rogan, Lex Fridman, Jordan Peterson, and so on, can serve as modern-day pulpits — places where seeds of faith are planted in front of millions. Let's be laborers in this harvest.
Thank you all for your time and your consideration. Let's get to work and make heaven crowded!
God bless,
Steven Bodrug
P.S. I originally considered a third person for this petition, namely, agnostic historian, Tom Holland, who is perhaps best known for his book, Dominion: How the Christian Revolution Remade the World. Tom would be a great bridge between the Christian and the non-believer who listens to and watches these podcasts under consideration. His objective analysis of history and his nuanced defense of Christianity’s pivotal role in shaping the West, might compel those outside of the faith to reconsider their presuppositions and cause them to question the origin of things that they take for granted, such as human rights and their moral perceptions. I decided to omit Tom from this petition so as to not make it too crowded, additionally, his residency in the U.K. would make travel to these predominantly American podcasts inconvenient, though, not impossible. In the event that anyone would like to also suggest him to the podcasters above, feel free to do so, but there is no pressure to comply.

How You Can Help
- Sign this petition.
More importantly — contact the podcasters listed above using the provided methods. Merely signing your name will have little to no effect; action is the key. The real difference will come with our combined effort to personally contact each podcaster by following the instructions that I have laid out. - Share this petition widely across your social media platforms and communities (eg. family, friends, co-workers, etc).
