Tyrone Noble has been incarcerated since 1997. He was 20 years old then and will be 44 years old this year. Everyone else convicted on this case is now free, except Tyrone Noble, although he was not the shooter.  Mr. Noble has two adult daughters, parents, siblings, and other family members who love and miss him. Since being incarcerated, Mr. Noble hasn't received any violent infractions. He's completed many programs and became a minister. He's written multiple books, and even got two of them published. He is not the same person he was all those years ago when he was sentenced. We are seeking a modification of that sentence. Mr. Noble has an extremely dependable and loving team that will assist in his successful transition back into society. He also has full time employment opportunities awaiting.
