For over a decade, my friend and I have been devoted fans of the Disney franchises Descendants, Zombies, and Camp Rock. Our love for these movies goes beyond mere admiration; they've been a significant influence on our friendship and have filled our lives with music, joy, and inspiration. We live in Hamilton, New Zealand, a vibrant city bursting with a youthful population that shares our passion for these iconic films.

Unfortunately, despite the growing number of Disney fans in the region, there has never been a dedicated fan event or convention in Hamilton. This is a significant oversight, given the immense love and following these franchises have garnered globally and particularly here in New Zealand. Hosting such an event would not only celebrate these beloved franchises but also bring together fans in a positive, community-focused environment.

Imagine fans dressed in their favorite character attire, participating in fun activities inspired by the movies, and meeting like-minded individuals who share a deep appreciation for the storytelling and music. An event like this would be an incredible opportunity for fans to engage in workshops, live performances, and screenings that could inspire the next generation of musicians, actors, and creatives.

We propose that Disney, in collaboration with local event planners, organize a fan event that would include interactive sessions, music performances, and meet-ups with cast or crew members if possible. Such an initiative would not only build stronger community ties but also support local businesses and showcase Hamilton as a hub for creative engagements.

By signing this petition, you are helping us turn this dream into a reality. Let's show Disney the enthusiasm and demand for a fan event in Hamilton, New Zealand, and offer fans a chance to experience the magic in their own backyard. Please sign and share this petition to support an unforgettable Disney experience in Hamilton.
