This petition is to convince Audi that the US market would love to have the RS5 Avant. We have the RS6 Avant and people love it, however it's about $150,000. Most people who love it can't afford it. Now they have introduced a more affordable, baby RS6 and they are not planning on bringing it to the US for some awful reason!

Wagons have increased in demand in the US over the past decade and the RS6 Avant is the pinnacle of that. BMW deprived us of their M3 wagon so this RS5 Avant would have the midsize sports sedan wagon segment in a chokehold. This is a massive opportunity for Audi. 

On top of that, the car looks objectively good from launch. Other competitors (one in mind) had to grow on us.

Plus, all of the social media influencers in America would go crazy buying and building this car - launching it into the stratosphere of views and exposure online. Unfortunately, that is something to consider these days as we've seen how much the internet can influence the popularity, and therefore, the sales of cars.

This car truly looks great. The avant comes with over 600hp. It brings the convenience of an SUV to a sporty lower-sitting vehicle, and if you're like me you've been wanting to replace your SUV with a sporty car but the wagon allows you to bring that space and usability along with your transition. 

Audi cannot allow BMW to control the sports sector in America. The new RS5 sedan is cool but not nearly as cool, ground breaking, powerful or usable as the Avant. The RS5 won't win them market share, the Avant will.
