The Governor of North Carolina, Roy Cooper, has not asked for the Coast Guard to help with the rescue efforts in Western North Carolina. This is a petition to get Governor Roy Cooper, to stop with politics and ask the Federal government to allow the US Coast Guard to bring helicopters and service members to help during this horrific event where people are dying and are stranded.
