He has recently made a poll about adding more regions for ranked.

More regions - More queue time for ranked. So he made a poll on all the regions and so far 

North America - 1k+
South America - 300+

Europe - 500+

Asia - 500+

Oceania - 100+

Africa - 50+

So as of the current state we won't be getting Oceania or Africa servers BUT drowning said if there's enough people in these regions + huge ping differences he will add them if there's a petition with enough votes and that's exactly what this is. If you're in the UBG discord server please vote Oceania in polls to support us and sign this petition so us Oceania tryhards can play ranked with no lag.
