Growing up in the region that was once Yugoslavia, I am proud of our rich history and culture. My grandma took part in the M84 Programme and was very important for it. Sadly she got fired from her job in the beginning of the civil war and fled to austria. Including Jugoslavia in War Thunder would not only pay homage to these advancements but also educate and inform players around the world of our historical significance.
War Thunder, a highly popular combat game, is known for its extensive and detailed quality of military vehicles from different nations. However, it currently lacks representation from the Balkan region, specifically the tech-tree of Yugoslavia, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey. By adding a Yugoslavian tech tree, Gaijin Entertainment would acknowledge our contributions and offer new, unique gameplay experiences.
Yugoslavia has a storied military history worthy of representation. Over the years, the region developed a range of notable military vehicles, including aircrafts(like the J-22), tanks(like the M84), battleships(like the Heroj Class) and with the upcoming infantry mode many weapons would come to the game (like the Zastava M57, Zastava M84 and many more). This addition would provide players with a diverse and unique lineup, offering historically rich content that enhances the educational facet of the game.
