Guillermo Kuan Toledo is a Legal Permanent Resident that was in ICE Detention for over two years at Adelanto. He was recently released on July 8th. Although this is a huge win, his fight is not over. He has an appeal in the 9th circuit court of appeals. He desperately needs an attorney to help him file his final brief. It’s his last chance. If he loses that appeal he will be deported.
