Conan Gray is currently on his Wishbone World Tour and we’re petitioning for a stop in India. For years, thousands of Indian fans have been streaming his music and celebrating every release, but we’ve never actually gotten the chance to see one of his concerts live. This campaign is just our way of showing that there’s a real, passionate audience here who’s ready and waiting to welcome him.

Six years ago, I discovered through my YouTube a song called Maniac. At the time, I had no idea the song I was listening to would lead me to finding my favorite discography as well as my favorite singer, Conan Gray. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of staying up for every album release, watching concerts from thousands of miles away and seeing this small town artist go from making bedroom song covers to performing in Madison Square Garden itself. Seeing this entire journey through my phone screen has been really inspiring and made me wish, more than anything, I could experience his music in real life.

While fans across the world have had the opportunity to attend these concerts, Indian fans and fans from other countries have continued to wait, hoping that one day our country will be included on a tour. Just like me, there are a large number of fans in India wishing for a stop in the world tour because Conan’s music has created a home for us. His lyrics capture emotions everyone can relate to: figuring out friendships, heartbreak, insecurity, summer flings and love. Whether someone has been listening since Sunset Season or just streamed Wishbone for the first time, this campaign is meant for everyone who hopes to see Conan live in India one day.

Indian fans have been streaming Conan’s music for years and filled fan communities across social media. Every new release is celebrated here, proving that his music has reached listeners far beyond the countries currently included on the tour. India has also become an increasingly important destination for international artists. Concerts by international artists have large crowds in attendance, showing that there are genuine fans here who are eager to support them. We really believe Conan would find the same excitement and support if he performed here.

This campaign is only supposed to show that there is a community of fans in India who are ready and excited to welcome Conan. We want it to be known that his music has reached people here and helped a lot of us find heaven, and that an India stop would mean more than just another concert. It would be our chance to finally share the support the artist whose music has supported us in so many vital moments in our lives deserves.
