Bring back Windows Phone

Bring back Windows Phone
The Issue
It is not exactly a problem, but I, (and I'm sure many others) want Windows Phone back. If you've tried Windows phone (or win phone 8) you may have liked it. Microsoft's MetroUI, and all other of Microsoft's services, when just mashed together, are (my opinion, beware) great. (but that also might just be that I'm a Microsoft fanboy.) I also use WP phone daily, since I really like it (but it's also my only phone.) I also think, unlike others, that Cortana is not absolute garbage, she is, actually helpful, especially on Windows Phone. (not anymore though, she shut down since the end of support and is completely useless.) There are only two slight problems.
- Apps. No apps on an OS means no business on a company, period.
- No sellers. Htc has been thrown away, and Nokia, well Nokia (and I don't use this term lightly,) has been extinguished.
So, these are the problems. How do we solve them? The first one: There are two solutions: first is that the developers of Microsoft develop a platform for converting apks (Android package kit; the app for android) to exe (Microsoft executables) files. This will quite literally be a "developer's delight" since it would be easy to port apps that are already on android to Windows phone. I am no expert, but I think this idea may be "executable". Now, no more time for humour, more on the second plan. the second plan is: encourage developers. No seriously. If there's a third platform coming, they'll want to have their apps on it. So, these are my solution(s). If these problems are solved, and Windows Phone comes back, I can almost guarantee the world of tech will change. So please, please, from Barcelona to South Sudan, to Japan, to United States, to the United Kingdom, sign this petition and we shall bring back the great one!
