The removal of the trigger switch in recent Dyson models is a step backward. The trigger was not only iconic, it was practical and ergonomic. It allowed users to instantly cut power—saving battery life and reducing noise when moving between rooms—while keeping one-hand control. Today, even changing cleaning modes requires two hands, which is less intuitive and less efficient.

We also ask you to improve usability by:

• Bringing back the trigger switch, or at least offering it as an option.
• Allowing the floor head gates to be opened or closed without bending down.
• Ensuring the furniture adapter, crevice nozzle, and up-top nozzle are always integrated in all suction tubes, without exception.

Dyson’s reputation has always been built on functionality and innovation. Please do not abandon the features that made your products unique in the first place.
