Six months ago, I took action, starting a petition aimed at the XYZ nighttime block on Disney XD, but my real dream remains -- the relaunch of the Toon Disney channel. On February 13, 2009, our beloved Toon Disney was replaced by Disney XD. We lost a valued piece of the nostalgic Disney experience that many of us grew up with, and its absence is felt even now.

Toon Disney was, and could still be, an exceptional platform for Disney's vast collection of older and modern animated children's content, including recent Disney releases and treasured archived shows. Yes, Disney XD continues to air Disney's animated shows from 2009 onward, and while we appreciate this service, it is not quite the same. A rebirth of Toon Disney would provide children today with a fascinating glimpse into the past of Disney and its inspirational content.

I am not alone in this sentiment. Many Disney fans yearn for the return of Toon Disney. It symbolizes a time of magical and timeless content, different from what children experience today. Its unique persona set it apart and made it a household favorite. I believe that there are millions who share this view.

I am urging The Walt Disney Company to consider this heartfelt plea and the countless reasons to rejuvenate the Toon Disney channel. The revival of Toon Disney could re-introduce a generation of iconic classic animation to this era's children and evoke the treasured nostalgia of adults who grew up with these shows.

The past can co-exist with the present. Disney, it's time to bring back what once was, to enjoy now and to inspire the future. Please sign this petition if you agree.
