Very Long Story Short/Quick Background

-Titanfall 1 was made by Respawn and was released in 2014.

-Titanfall 2 was also made by Respawn and was released in 2016.

-Although there was (and still is) a loyal fan base/community, both games stopped getting support/updates from Respawn after 2018.

-Titanfall 1 servers suffered through server issues (due to hacks/DDoS attacks on PC) for a couple of years with little to no support from Respawn.

-The DDoS attacks were so overwhelming on Titanfall 1 to the point where Respawn decided to take it off stores on December 1st, 2021.

-Titanfall 2 servers were also hit severely by DDoS attacks all throughout 2021 and the game was unplayable for everyone at one point.

(Reason for Petition)

-Around the same time Respawn decided to discontinue sales for Titanfall 1, the servers were just starting to be somewhat playable on PC. So because it’s been playable for a while now (both on PC and Xbox One), it would be cool if Respawn/EA brought Titanfall 1 back to stores so that new players can buy the game and try it out!

-Titanfall 2 hasn’t had any DDoS attacks for a few months now and has been playable on both console and PC, but menu freezes still occur (part of the aftermath of those attacks). So because this product is still playable but still has a glitch, we think the game should be at least free-to-play. It would be nice if Titanfall 1 was also free-to-play (or sold for a lower price) because of what it’s been through and how old it is.

-These games have been through a lot and they deserved better. Plus it’s one of the best franchises out there. They’re old but gold!

(This petition was also made just for fun. Although more than likely nothing will happen from this, it would be pretty cool if this did catch Respawn/EA's attention one day and something positive happened for these games from this petition❤️)
