Who approved the decision to remove the Double Chocolate Brownie? Seriously like who thought that was a good idea?

That brownie wasn’t just a menu item. A perfect pairing to your coffee that loyal customers like me counted on. Pulling it with no warning and no equivalent replacement shows a shocking lack of awareness about what some of there customers actually enjoy.

I don’t care how “streamlined” they want their menu to be. No one was asking for the brownie to disappear. They’ve kept far less popular, mediocre options on the menu and cut the one thing that some people genuinely loved? It’s literally so beyond frustrating that it’s insulting.

They market themselves as a brand that listens and values customer input. Now’s there chance to prove it. Help me get them bring it back emailing them . Because I promise you: one brownie may not seem like a big deal to corporate, but to some of  the  paying customers, this is a dealbreaker.

Like do you know the shock that was on my face when yesterday the brownie wasn’t there so I was like oh OK I guess it’s just sold out and then today. ON MY BIRTHDAY I get excited to eat my favorite treat from Starbucks (the brownie) and I find out it has been discontinued put yourself in my shoes. Imagine your favorite treat is discontinued
