Bring Back the Original Frankfurt School Logo

Bring Back the Original Frankfurt School Logo
Das Problem
Who is affected and what is the problem?
We, the students of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, are deeply concerned about the new logo and visual redesign of our university’s website. The new color scheme and branding do not reflect the professional, academic, and international image that Frankfurt School has built over the years. Many students, alumni, and partners feel that the redesign looks unprofessional and even damaging to the school’s reputation. Especially on platforms such as LinkedIn, where visual identity matters for our careers and networks.
What is our demand or proposed solution?
We call on the Frankfurt School administration to reverse the recent logo and website redesign, or at least open a transparent review and consultation process involving students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The goal is to restore a design that reflects the institution’s values: professionalism, trust, and academic excellence.
Why is it important to act now?
Brand identity directly influences how students and graduates are perceived by employers and partner institutions. A strong, professional brand supports all of us in our studies, internships, and future careers. The new design was introduced without sufficient community input and has already led to visible dissatisfaction across the student body. We ask the university to take this feedback seriously and act promptly to preserve the strong reputation that Frankfurt School deserves.
