WATER (AQUA), GLYCERIN, CETEARYL ISONONANOATE, ISOHEXADECANE, GLYCOL PALMITATE, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, TRICETEARETH-4 PHOSPHATE, FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES, MANNITOL, XYLITOL, GLYCYRRHETINIC ACID, RHAMNOSE, LAMINARIA OCHROLEUCA EXTRACT, GLYCOL STEARATE, PEG-2 STEARATE, PENTYLENE GLYCOL, ACRYLATES/C10-30 ALKYL ACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, 1,2-HEXANEDIOL, DISODIUM EDTA, XANTHAN GUM, SODIUM HYDROXIDE

The re-formulation of this product to sensibio defensive has not only impacted myself but many people across the globe. Sourcing well formulated products is such a hard thing to do in this day and age and a large amount of your consumers suffer with ongoing skin issues. Finding this moisturiser was an absolute blessing, thanks to Olena Beley on YouTube. By adding the additions of squalane, mango seed butter and soybean oil, you have effectively made the cream comedogenic to many of your acne sufferers. Many stating they would love to have the old formula back. Listening to your customers should be at the forefront of your business. 

I understand the cream is targeted at sensitive/dry skin, but the cream you originally created was found and used by a wide range of people including the oily and extremely clog prone. 

For myself and your loyal customers, please bring back this wonderful light moisturiser, even if to have it alongside your defensive formula �
