Subject: A Friendly Request from Longtime Local Golfers

Dear Crandon Golf Team,

We’re a group of over 50 local golfers who have been playing at Crandon for many years — some of us for over a decade. We truly appreciate everything that makes this course so special and are proud to have supported it year-round.

Lately, though, we’ve found it harder to keep playing regularly. The current green fees feel more geared toward seasonal visitors, and we’ve heard that winter rates may continue into the summer. In the past, Crandon would introduce more affordable summer rates around this time, which made a big difference for local players.

We also miss having twilight and 9-hole afternoon options, which would help those of us with tighter schedules or budgets.

We completely understand the importance of tourism and revenue, but we hope there’s a way to bring back a pricing structure that also welcomes back the loyal, local community that’s been part of Crandon’s story for so long.
