Thank you so much for your support!!! This petition has went bigger than I ever imagined! Thanks to everyone who gave us feedback too! We had no idea how big of deal not knowing the end of the school year until may is to so many parents in D20. I have learned so much about organizing and pushing for change. My friends also made super cute pins to help get the word out!

I spoke at the Academy District 20 school board meeting Thursday night, and D20 FINALLY took some action. They sent out a survey to teachers, parents, and students asking for input on changing the snow day policy for NEXT school year. This is huge, and what D20 usually does before changing anything in D20. But we want it changed this school year,
PLEASE take the survey, the link is right here and it's very short. There is a place to put comments at the bottom, please consider adding a comment to change this policy this year. (many people have reported not receiving it or the email going to spam)
