Sam Wilson helped define Avengers Campus from day one. Before guests ever stepped foot into the land, Sam was already part of the story Disney chose to tell. He is the character they decided to use to open campus. Anthony Mackie handed Sam the shield on the stage during the opening ceremony. That was not an accident, it was a statement about who would be in Avengers Campus, and is part of the reason why his absence is so loud.

Removing Sam Wilson from Avengers Campus while continuing to feature characters who are no longer even alive in the MCU sends a very clear message (intended or not).

Sam Wilson's legacy is woven into the history of Avengers Campus. That legacy deserves to be recognized, respected, and represented.
