I was going to try and end the week on a poistive note, but then I got a call from the governemnt! Blew that right outta the water.

There think tanks don't get the idea that if you take the income of a household, do the percentage of that WE sould pay on rent, it would be a done deal. I hate MATH I suck at it, but even I know if ya take my take home pay or pension and well 35% of that for RENT, is approx 535$ per month I can do 535$ per month still a bit steep but so isa everything else sure is a shit load better than I pay NOW!
Yesterday I applied for a easyhome loan, to make things jive, pay some debt down, maybe have something for Xmas for my grandkids, gaurntee just fill in the blanks and for 48% interest we can hook you up. So as high as interst is I gave it a shot 100% approval.....Sorry WE can't help you you r income to outcome is to big! Well hell I know that why you think I looking for a load at a stupid high rate from you. 100% approval my ass. I gonna guess I am probably better off without the load but it sure would have helped.
I have sold stuff on kijji, and marketplace, not cause I didn't want them anymore, but I needed the cash more! Apartment is looking a little sparce, less to clean I guess. Cat is looking at me like don't even think about touching my food! Unfortantly for her she gets what is on sale too.
I know I am not teh only person who is looking at what we can sell to pay RENT! The ads are full of stuff going for a lot less than it's worth cause we just need the few extra bucks for the BASIC"S saying we will buy another one, but we won't cause until we can afford it what we paid 100 bucks for is now 210$ right back to square one. Some stuff I can't unload anywhere, I have a string of perals fro the United Emeriates, apraised and valved at almost 6 grand, I didn't buy them. They were a gift from my last hubby, but he's gone and so I wish were the pearls, but no one will touch them, and I mean NO ONE. I even took them to Vegas to the Pawn Stars, they wouldn't touch them either. So I have them sitting maybe they can pay for my funeral!
I had a notice on my door they want pest control to come in again next week SERIOULY you just did that shit! Where I gotta take everything outta my cuboards, my cloests, pull furniture out, That's how I buggered up my broken leg the last time. Now before pest control I have a app with my surgeron, cause I have a piece of wire coming through my ankle so It's got to be fixed and I have to be laid up for another 4 weeks. Again I am clean tidy and if I moved out tomorrow someone could move right IN! So I have sent the management company another email it's not going to happen. Cockroaches! It is the only complex I have lived in with such a problem!
2 months ago we had 3 day and nights of rain! I am in the basement suite, and all of a sudden I had 2 inches of water in my living room flood!
I have renter's insurance cause Now my TV don't work or my printer, yup sent a email 3 times no response, nothing nada I guess they are looking for away to get around it on me.Slum lords! I lived in one of their buildings in BC for 2 and a half years, It was 475.00$ per month in Pentiction, It was 2014. I didn't move to the okanogan for the excellent weather the beaches, or easier winter. My mom was in bad health and I wanted to go and Help her and dad as much as I could. I cleaned rental condo's in 30 plus degree for 10 hours a day, then I would go help mom so dad could go out for a bit, I would take her to Wally World , hence yesterdays post about people being RUDE! I would make us a meal, then tidy for them, but after cashing in everything I had I had to admitt defeat. There is no work in Pentiction for me after Sept long weekend. Tail between my legs I had to come back to ETOWN. That same apartment is now 1700.00 per mth, so I would have been heading back to ETWON at one time! I am closer to my grandkids, but with a bum leg for a year it's hard to get around anywhere. And I am in a bad MOOD most days trying to figure this shit out!
