Pablo Leabres has been an integral part of our community at 2030 Vallejo for decades. As the building Maintenance Supervisor , he has loyally served through multiple changes in management and ownership, ensuring that our home remains a safe and well-maintained space for all residents. Pablo's extensive knowledge of the building, including its unique aspects and specific maintenance needs, is unmatched. 

Having been built many years ago, 2030 Vallejo has peculiarities and maintenance requirements that newer constructions do not. Pablo is not just the building Super; he is a part of the community fabric. His absence is felt tremendously by residents who have come to rely on his expertise and familiarity with the building's intricacies.

The decision to remove Pablo is not only a loss for those of us who call 2030 Vallejo home, but it also poses a potential disadvantage to the new management. Pablo's understanding of the building can effectively bridge the gap between old and new as management transitions.

It is in our collective interest that we reach out to the management to reconsider their decision and restore Pablo to his rightful position. Losing such a knowledgeable and dedicated professional is a disservice to everyone involved.
