Roger Eschbacher, a writer for the animated series, announced the cancellation on his website on Saturday. He revealed that Hasbro had decided to pull the plug on the series, and he said it had something to do with toy sales. It was not a case of low ratings. I wish Littlest Pet Shop 2012 TV series can continue with more seasons with 5,6,7,8,9 and 10. Since they already end Littlest Pet Shop A World Of Our Own series January 26, 2019 as well as Littlest Pet Shop franchise  is alive and witch leads Hasbro to bring 2012 Littlest Pet Shop  TV series with new season that has Russell  Vinny Snuil Pepper Penny Zoe Minka and Blythe Baxter to have a continue with more seasons after season 4 finale. This is best Littlest Pet Shop TV series ever. They will have to recast Micheal Kospa with someone  who sounds like Micheal Kospa for Roger Baxter and because  Micheal Kospa died this year. Hello there fellow Littlest Pet Shop Fans. And most importantly: Hello fellow Bronies.

 

Most of you might have heard of one of DHX Media's other shows besides "My Little Pony". And that is "Littlest Pet Shop". This show has so much in common with MLP, you might even say: "They share the same DNA".

 

And let me give you some examples why:

 

Funny, lovely and unique characters.

Entertaining stories often spiced with many pop cultural references. Probably even more than MLP due to the real world setting. Written by talented writers, some of them also contributed MLP scripts like M. A. Larson, Cindy Morrow, Corey Powell & Merriwether Williams.

A cast of great and talented voice actors. Some of them have major roles in MLP as well: Ashleigh Ball, Tabitha St. Germain, Nicole Oliver, Peter New, Cathy Weseluck, Shannon Chan-Kent, Kathleen Barr and Brian Drummond.

Not to forget the other talented & unique voice talents like Kira Tozer, Sam Vincent, Kyle Rideout, Jocelyne Lowen & Michael Kopsa

Great music & songs written by Daniel Ingram & Steffan Andrews which you love and enjoy in MLP. And the musical numbers LPS are actually way more various than on "My Little Pony".

But all in all compared to our Brony fandom, the fandom of LPS is much, much smaller. And this probably has a large impact on the shows ratings which arent this high. And this might be the reason, why HASBRO and/or Discovery Family -sadly for all fans - decided to cancel the show.

 

Luckily, there is one more season that will be aired this fall. Season 4 of "Littlest Pet Shop" will premiere on Saturday, November 7th on Discovery Family. We want to ask every one of you living in the United States and who is able to watch the show: Please do it! Give this show a chance. A future maybe. You might find, that it is as entertaining as "My Little Pony". This may have a positive impact on the shows ratings. And even if you live outside the U.S. you still watch "Littlest Pet Shop" on TV stations around the world. Or on Video-on-demand services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.
