A quick update on everything that’s happened so far

Hey everyone,

Thanks so much for your support! It truly means a lot. So to update you guys briefly, I went to the BOE (board of education) meeting in November and presented my petition. They were very impressed so they set up a meeting at my school with the superintendent, the assistant superintendent, my principal, and I. There wasn’t a direct answer of whether they’d be bringing hats back or not, but I was invited to the Code Of Conduct meeting on March 21st to represent the student voice. I’ll make sure to update you guys again when I get more news!

Until then.
