For over 50 years, the residents of east Droylsden have been without a nearby train station. And we are here to change that.

Reopening the old station, located on a footpath near Hadfields wood recycling, will enable the residents of the local area to have easy access to the city centre, and other places within the local area, like the nearby market town of Ashton-under-Lyne.

We need this because there are only a couple bus routes that operate through the area and the trams only go to the town centre.
