As former students under the leadership of Dr. Ram Singh, we experienced a thriving school community characterized by excellent academics, disciplined students, balanced sport activities, and most importantly a feeling of happiness and fulfillment. However, since he transferred to DPS Mathura Road and was replaced by another principal, the state of our school has dramatically deteriorated. Our new administration is failing at preserving the harmonious school environment we once saw - implementing ineffective policy changes and enforcing harsh punishments for minor mistakes such as missing an ID card for a single day. This has led students to feel more repressed than nurtured, with the pleasure of learning being replaced by a sense of dread. Teachers, who once felt a part of an enriching education ecosystem, now act superior and misuse their authority, diluting the educational experience. Our request is simple. We humbly urge the school board to consider reinstalling Dr. Ram Singh as principal. His proven leadership will restore the balance our school desperately needs at present.
