Red Dead Online has been more or less abandoned by it’s creators at Rockstar, and all their attention is going to their cash cow GTA 5 and GTA Online. They’re becoming just like EA with their greed, and we want the old Rockstar back. We want more in our wild west game. Sure there’s story mode but how many times can we play it before we get sick of that too? 

The truth is, the Red Dead Online community is bored. So many players have just given up and they just go into towns killing random npc’s or other players because what else is there to do? The fallout 4 radiant quest-esque role missions? The practically useless blood money missions? Those get boring too.

They put so much time and effort into making this game for us, just to leave it all behind? They’re committing career suicide for their Red Dead playerbase, just to satiate the appetite of the GTA playerbase, which, by the way, has been playing that game for over a decade, and that game still receives regularly scheduled new content.

I know there’s disagreements within the company but why not just pull a Bungie and have a splinter group work on Red Dead Online? Maybe even start working on a DLC that finishes Guarma, because I can tell you right now, we ALL want that.

So at the end of the day, if you’re a fan of Red Dead Online, sign this petition. I don’t know if this will even get anywhere at the end of the day but to Rockstar Games… We want more for the game that could have been perfect.
