In 2022, a popular remake of the game “Club Penguin” ,named Club Penguin Rewritten, was taken down after a violation of Disney’s Copyright Use. This game had a lot of time put into it by many around the world and it’s a shame to see this happen. The people responsible for the spin off were sentenced to prison and this is not fair. Hours, hours and hours have been wasted because of this takedown. This is causing a big impact and many are angry at Disney because of this. This is copyright law violation but there is no reason for the devs of the game to be punished in prison sentence. This is not technically piracy either and it is deserving the game is put back up.

Overall, Disney are in the wrong here as it isn’t technically legal but a lot of time has just been lost and so has a lot of effort. Many still are not fond of the fact that Club Penguin was shut down in 2017, 5 years before this event. We need to take action as Disney won’t listen to us complain. Thank you for reading this. If we win, we could spawn an entire new generation of gamers and bring back the game everyone loves. If we lose the riots against Disney will continue. Disney don’t exactly know how much they have hurt the fan base of the game that has built up over the last 5 years of the spin off’s existence. Bring Club Penguin Rewritten Back Disney!!!!!
