The Issue

In 1992, Chloé launched a masterpiece. Chloé Narcisse—with its bold, intoxicating blend of marigold, spicy narcissus, juicy peach, and deep warmth—defined an entire era of perfume artistry. It wasn't just a scent; it was a confident statement in a bottle.

When the Chloé fragrance house was pivoted toward minimalist, lighter rose scents in 2008, Narcisse was quietly discontinued. But true fragrance icons never really fade away.

Today, the beauty world is experiencing a massive 1990s resurgence. Consumers are tired of watery, fleeting skin-scents; we are craving the rich, complex, powerhouse "floriental" fragrances that last all day and turn heads.

The proof is everywhere:

• Skyrocketing Resale Prices: Desperate fans are currently paying hundreds of dollars for expiring, vintage bottles on eBay and Mercari just to get a single spray of nostalgia.

• A Blank Space in the Market: There is currently nothing on the modern market that matches the unique, unapologetic warmth of the original Narcisse formula.

We are calling on Coty Inc. (the brand trademark owner) and International Flavors & Fragrances - IFF (the original formula creators) to open up the archives, join forces, and bring Chloé Narcisse back to store shelves.

Whether it returns as a permanent fixture, a limited-edition "Heritage Collection" release, or a modernized formula compliant with current IFRA safety standards, we are ready to buy it. This formula is just sitting somewhere tucked away as if it never existed when it deserves to be worn by all  those who loves it. Power is in the numbers so let's show them just how many of us are requesting it be brought back.

Sign this petition to show Coty and IFF that the demand is real. Let's bring back our signature scent!
