Hi all, 

I wanted to provide you with another update on this petition. As of this writing on Sunday, Aug. 4, we've received 1,206 signatures in support of bringing live music and the arts back to 301 Harris Ave. I can't thank you all enough for your time and support! 

I will be sending my letter along with this petition to 189 Development on Monday morning. According to the RFP, they will narrow down the applicants by Friday, Aug. 9, and plan to have a selected candidate by Oct. 4, with plans to reopen in January 2025.
