This TERM OFTEN in infrastructure APPLIES TO CONTRACTS or CITY LONGTERM PLANS to be able to MAKE CHANGES under that SAME LONGTERM CONTRACT WITHOUT effecting the contract!

Is Dalkia and Mayor Tim Keller of Albuquerque New Mexico thinking of these changes? WHILE he continues his, "white led policy" mantras and campaign squirming, DALKIA AND PNM have been actively ENHANCING changes on THE CITY'S HARSH WHITE/WARM WHITE LEDS. And WHILE not CITYWIDE rollout, Albuquerque is a LARGE METROPOLITAN area that WOULD require a wide rollout. Rather then a 1X1 BY STREETLIGHT setting. This change IS SO HUGE that it could be the "REVERSE CONVERSION" of our CITY'S WHITE LED PROBLEMS!

Now, HOW can we make this work? FIRST of all, WE NEED TO quickly discuss that EVEN 2700K-3000K streetlights SHOULD NOT be the VIABLE options! BUT! 2200k and 2500k are STANDARD set! That being said, as we get to the next BOARDMEETING OF ABQ'S COUNCILING, we need to ENSURE that this DETAIL is not ignored!
