The City of Abq is holding ANOTHER MAJOR meeting ON APRIL 20th! YES! And HERE'S a tactic I'm gonna USE that WILL turn this ADMINISTRATION'S, "white LED-Cost Efficiency" policy UPSIDE DOWN on its own head.

Fact 1. SINCE the NEW YEAR (2026) ANOTHER 40% of WHITE LIGHT POLLUTION has punched the CITY'S NIGHTTIME. Totaling TO a WHOPPING 340%

Fact 2. Silver Alerts have risen BY a STAGGERING 12% IN THE LAST 10 months since the ROW-MULTI-ROW rollouts hit some major streets.

Fact 3. Trees have started SUFFERING in or around these white leds. AND WARM WHITE LEDS are causing FOLIAGE DELAY/DECLINE. Trees are HAVING HARDER pressure from SIBERIAN ELMS TO COTTONWOODS. NOTE: Keller has been working on FAST GROWING TREES, (but they too WON'T survive the WHITE LIGHT X BEAM)

Fact 4. Reservations and wildlife are facing EVEN harsher conditions such as LACK of NIGHTTIME protections and sovereignty

Fact 5. Human Sleep deprivation is BECOMING A REAL CONCERN in our city. WHITE AND WARM WHITE LEDS are causing CIRCADIAN RYTHMS to basically NOW "thinK" THE MORNING has arrived BEING THAT THESE lights create a MORNING DAWN GLARE. And it can MESS with the HUMAN MIND.

Fact 6. the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA) is now officially CALLING all CITIES TO START using DARK SKY and is even GOING AS FAR as USING THE 2200K LUMINS and lower compliances.

Fact 7. Human Mental Health has also increasingly been worsening. (THE SILVER ALERTS LINK)

Fact 8. Car Accidents have RISEN a 1.8% in the last 3 FULL YEARS alone. With ONLY a 0.4% DROP in the last 6 months alone.

Fact 9. Strip Malls, Hotel Centers, Parts of ABQ UPTOWN, Churches, Airforce Base, restaurants, SOME Dealerships and SCHOOLS and APS area NOW USING AMBER AND TURQUOISE PARKING LOT RETROFITS.

Fact 10. Criminal Kidnapping and Vandalism IS also rising. Shadows often become distorted or become otherworldly (making people LOOK LIKE objects that blend in) AND STREET LIGHTS are getting stripped in PARTS OF THE CITY (still in 2026)

Fact 11. Streets themselves BECOME SO DARK AND DISTORTED under these lights, THAT THEY look like the are TRAILING OFF into a LITERAL void! (And this is ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS FOR MANY DRIVERS FROM ELDER TO VULNERABLE)

Fact 12. And this ONE is A MEGA ISSUE. People ARE LITERALLY LEAVING THE CITY'S MAIN CONSENSUS just to KEEP THEIR COMMUNITIES SAFE AND AESTHETICALLY free! Yeah, from MOBILE HOME COMMUNITIES (which make up 36.8% of the city's population) HAS ALREADY declared this LAST SPRING.

Fact 13. THE ECONOMY is failing and THE DOLLAR has already become SO WEAK and people can barely AFFORD their groceries. SO, to ALREADY be having A GLOBAL UPHEAVEL, the CITY'S ECOMONICS is also GETTING worse. And THESE STREETLIGHTS play A BIG PART in this.

The Keller administration has CONTINUED to make this sound like, "GOOD NEWS! MORE STREETLIGHTS ARE BEING INSTALLED!" to, "I am working on A CITYWIDE FAST TREE ENVIRONMENTAL CAMPAIGN" and, "I am STARTING CHARITY CAMPAIGNS" to MANY MORE arguments DODGING the ROOT PROBLEM...THE "WHITE LED STREETLIGHT" Policy. And the more HE spends ON CAMPAIGNS and fails? THE MORE he's failing the CITY AND DESERT'S SOUL! And all the while HE'S making these ECOLOGICAL DISASTERS with HIS COMPAIGNS, he's still HAVING DALKIA and PNM install White leds and EVEN EXTENDING CONTRACTS for HIS OWN BENEFIT, not the city or the state's.

And NO, they refuse to EVEN ANSWER MY PHONECALLS. the city COUNCIL IS IGNORING me as I sent them YET 3 MORE EMAILS RIGHT around the APRIL 13TH FGO meeting, BUT left with THE CLASSIC, "..." response. Contacting the Mayor and SPREADING this awareness USING MY RESEARCHED FACTS here will not ONLY GIVE TEAM AMBER the ARM to PUT AN END to KELLER'S nonstop bickering about campaigns and other excuses, but this will ALSO PUT A COMPLETE FORCE OF CHANGE on the CITY'S ADMINISTRATION to either go with, "Amber or Nothing" model. I know this sounds STRICT and ROUGH, but when A CITY MAYOR starts DEFLECTING even worse? THEN sometimes GETTING ROUGH WITH PRESSURE is the ONLY WAY that CAN pressure a MAYOR AND LEADER to make this change WITHOUT the CONTINOUS VERBAL EXCUSES and ACTIONS.

- Australia is FULLY MOVING TO THE 2200K AMBER LED STANDARD
- The UK and EUROPE are also MOVING and GOING FULL AMBER and 2200k-2500k LED STANDARS. (And THE UK played a MAJOR ROLE IN ABQ'S DECISION. SO EVEN THEY are GOING dark and AESTHETIC again)

Keller's administration may CONTINUE TO ARGUE his WORD SALAD all he wants, BUT THE TRUTH is? LEADING A CITY isn't about WORD SALAD with CORPERATE GREED for FAME and COMMERCIAL PAPER POLICIES, IT'S about listening and FOLLOWING THE RESIDENTS and fixing the ROOT CAUSE the RESIDENTS are MORE UPSET ABOUT. And THAT'S TRUE LEADERSHIP!

Keller and Dalkia may think this are COMPETITION, BUT IT'S not! IT'S ABOUT RESPONSIBILITY, USING COMMON SENSE, WISDOM and MANY MORE that PEOPLE like these leaders GO TO COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL for! So, IF these LEADERS graduated, they APPARENTLY did NOT EDUCATE THEMSELVES enough to USE THE SIMPLEST EVEN TODDLERS CAN SOLVE.
