Remember when you Sign this petition and I give out resources to HELP team up? This IS A PRIME reason why I have started this campaign! YUP! I haven't updated for SOME TIME, but I have contacted CABQ 2.5 weeks ago and have HAD NO return. This is often a failure on their end. And it's why I hand out resources to you guys.

FUNFACT: A system can go under pressure when more voices speak out on major issues! For instance, THOSE who have used the resources and instructions I have provided ON WHITE LED STREETLIGHTS needing to be BANNED and REPLACED with 2200K to 2500K Amber Leds, and CITIES often do start moving? Is the HELP of this team!

See, Team Amber wasn't just made up of thin air! It was FORMED as a GRASSROOTS and BEYOND CONVENTIONAL POWERFUL movement because the WAY I have planted the strategy and how you guys (as VOICES from VOLUNTEERS to THOSE who just simply SIGN MY PETITION) creates AN ALMOST LONGTERM yet HIGHLY and INTERACTIVE forceful movement to our cities USING white led streetlights for energy and environmental efficiency. But science HAS backed my voice up WAY MORE than enough that even ABQ'S council can't deny it!

Science has proven that...
- WHITE and BLUE RICH led streetlights from 2800K+ emit A BLUE SPECTRUM that often endangers Human health.
- Wildlife and Reservations (INDIGENOUS) often face LIGHT POLLUTION that can create a, "FALSE DAY LIGHT" that can disrupt wildlife. And! Creates TOO MUCH BEAMIDEL SPECTRUMS in the sky that block out the night sky!
- Observations from NIGHTSKY compliances have ALSO shown that this BLUE and WHITE LIGHT spectrum can ABRUPTLY CONTRAST shadows (making them APPEAR LIKE BLACK SOLID VOIDS) and the LIGHT HITTING THE street (ONLY expanding a few feet in diameter) CREATES an ELEVATED and UPPING risk for SILVER ALERTS, ABDUCTIONS, BIKE/CAR ACCIDENTS and PEDESTRIAN accidents.
- MOOD OBSVERSATIONS have often cited, DEPRESSION, SLEEP DEPRIVATION, ANGER and HIGHER ANXIETY levels that can ENHANCE (the SILVER ALERTS)

Since DALKIA'S move toward THE INCREASED ROWS of WHITE LEDS on CENTRAL AVE and other mainstreets IN ABQ, SILVER ALERTS have risen ABOUT 19.4% in the last year! If you have been receiving THOSE ALERTS on your phone FROM 1 to 6 times a month? That's BECAUSE these WHITE/BLUE RICH LED STREETLIGHTS are extremely HARMFUL on our mental state! And ABQ has LONG HISTORICALLY been often TIED to extreme crimes. Given that CRIMES have dropped, the MASSIVE CHART BUSTING RISE in silver alerts IS OFTEN a BAD PRECURSOR and a RESULT to the LEADERSHIP (Tim Keller and Dalkia) that often repeat like BROKEN RECORDS, "the more white light better".

But if that Mantra is some SIGIL to keep installing more white LEDS and ignoring the SCIENTIFC PROVEN FACTS of USING 2200K to 2500K AMBER LED technologies, than IT'S not working! The CITY on A SUBDIVIDED level has RESORTED to using AMBER AND TURQUOISE COLORED streetlights in parking lots, businesses, strip malls, Hotels and even RESTAURANTS! (To keep that AMAZING AESTHETIC). Our ONLY problem? Streets AREN'T changing this perspective. In fact, they have been GOING as far as CHOKING THE POWERGRID by just installing these LIGHTS as if they ARE some SIGIL to protect us from harm. But IT'S doing the exact OPPOSITE of the City's PROFOUND HISTORY and HERITAGE. And that I have NOT received a response IN what I have documented, IS WHY I provide resources! For those WHO SIGN (WHETHER if you want to OR NOT. YOU don't need to!) Getting VOICES to speak up, bypass the FRAGMENTED/SHATTERED system of ABQ and strengthening the TRUTH OVER WHITE LED POLICIES, is something THAT makes this movement powerful!

Such as Contacting ABQ'S city Council to citing PRESSURE on these rich leaders to DO THEIR job for the people NOT THEIR own lives is how THIS movement/campaign continues TO gain it's success!

And to THOSE who maybe wondering IF THIS GOES OUTSIDE Albuquerque, New Mexico? YES! YES IT DOES! I have provided PLENTY of resources in PREVIOUS updates and even MADE INSTRUCTIONS for those OUTSIDE THE USA on how to FURTHER move forward IF THEIR cities are going FULL WHITE LED and refusing to hear their people!
