🗺️ Our Complete Asset Separation Blueprint
We are demanding that Disney return 20th Century Fox and its core creative assets to Fox Corporation to restore the studio’s rightful legacy:
Full Studio & Asset Buyback: Fox Corporation will reclaim ownership of 20th Century Studios films released under Disney's belt (spanning March 2019 to 2027), 20th Television, 20th Television Animation, Searchlight Pictures, FX Networks(FX,FXP,FXM,FXX), Hulu,the Fox Kids/Saban library, and National Geographic. Have Disney revive Touchstone Pictures,Touchstone Television,ABC Signature,RKO Radio Pictures(since it was both a part of Disney's history as a film distributor in the 30's-50's and Hollywood history)by having Disney making a joint venture with Concord(AKA Alchemy Copyrights) to revive the historic RKO Radio Pictures studio as a secondary studio to Disney(along with Touchstone and BV Pictures being the occasional film labels),but WB would keep the rights to the classic RKO library),and Buena Vista Pictures(for art-house films like Miramax and Fox Searchlight Pictures).
The Return to Century City: Move the official headquarters back to the historic Fox Studios lot and restore the massive film and television library to the physical Fox Studio Vault.
Marvel & Star Wars Split: Fox Corporation will reclaim the rights to post-2020 Marvel Fox films and the first six Star Wars films for theatrical events and physical media.
The Disney+ Compromise: Disney will still retain television and streaming rights for these properties to remain on Disney+, and all master prints will permanently preserve the classic 20th Century-Fox logo.
