We’re almost to 3,000 signatures and here is my Balanced Blueprint to Bring Back 20th Century Fox!

Dear Supporters,
We have just updated the core goals of our campaign! To make this petition a realistic reality that appeals to both media giants, we have refined our proposal into a strategic, win-win asset splitbetween The Walt Disney Company and Fox Corporation.
This new blueprint protects Disney's massive cinematic universes while completely restoring the historic, independent legacy of 20th Century Fox. Here is exactly what we are fighting for now:
🎬 Marvel Studios & The MCU
Disney Retains Core MCU Rights: Disney keeps the absolute rights to Deadpool, the X-Men, and The Fantastic Four for all future Marvel Cinematic Universe entries.
Guaranteed Blockbusters: This includes Disney keeping 100% of the rights to established hits like Deadpool & Wolverine and upcoming milestones like The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
🌌 Star Wars Compromise (Films 1–6)
Theatrical & Home Video: Rights to the first six Star Wars films are shared. Fox Corporation regains control over home entertainment and theatrical rereleases, maximizing revenue from events like next year's 50th Anniversary event. The original, iconic 20th Century Fox logo will remain on these versions.
Streaming, TV & Merchandising: Disney retains the streaming and television rights for these six films to power Disney+, alongside full merchandising rights.
📺 Fox Network Strategy & Murdoch's Business Protections
Reducing Strain: To prevent financial and operational strain on the Murdoch family's business decisions, 20th Television (20thCFTV) will scale back production for the Fox Broadcast Network.
Fox Entertainment Studios Expansion: Fox Entertainment Studios will step up to become the primary television content producer for the Fox TV Network, ensuring self-reliance.
🏢 Headquarters, Physical Vaults & Streaming
The Original Lot: 20th Century Fox and Searchlight Pictures will move their official headquarters back to their historic home at Fox Studios.
Vault Return: The physical film and television library will be returned to the vaults at Fox Studios.
Disney+ Stays Intact: Disney maintains permanent streaming rights to Fox's massive TV and film library on Disney+, ensuring no interruption for digital subscribers.
Pandora Stays Immersive: Disney keeps full rights to the Avatar franchise for its Disney Parks global expansions.
📼 Animation, Home Video, & Asset Buybacks
Home Entertainment Revival: 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is officially resurrected as a powerhouse physical media distributor.
Animation Consolidation: 20th Television Animation and 20th Century Animation merge into one unified banner: 20th Century Fox Animation for all movie and TV projects. Bento Box Productions will operate as the secondary animation studio.
Major Asset Returns: Fox Corporation buys back Searchlight Pictures, FX Networks, National Geographic, and the Saban/Fox Kids animation library.
🏰 Disney's Independent Filmmaking Roots
Touchstone & Buena Vista: Disney breathes new life into its live-action legacy by reviving Touchstone Pictures and launching a brand-new film label, Buena Vista Pictures, to focus on independent, mature, and mid-budget filmmaking.
RKO Pictures: Disney revives RKO Radio Pictures as an active production subsidiary(similar to how Paramount revived Republic Pictures and Amazon MGM revived United Artists,Orion, and American International) , though Warner Bros. will retain the historical rights to the classic RKO film library.
This new roadmap proves that Hollywood history can coexist perfectly with modern cinematic universes. Let’s make some noise and get this seen by the executives at Disney and Fox!
