I visited HR at my work today to report an issue involving someone high in command. It’s my protected right just like it was Ari’s right..

She visited two men high up in the chain then Sony HR.
During the investigation Albert Alaar’s behavior is said to have escalated and Ari was written out of the show with no answer to when she would be back..

He knew she visited HR, he knew he was being investigated, and yet things reportedly got worse and Ari was retaliated against

No one protected her? No one protected the female staff and crew? No one had an issue with gender disparity when it came to layoffs?

The show was being run by men, the male cast remains mostly unscathed, the storylines for the most part are about men.. Zander being Victor’s heir? Constantine and Everet/Bobby, Eric becoming a father, the pawn/yawn story..

Women’s storylines and issues aren’t really delved into.. Things from their point of view..

I’d keep watching if there were interesting stories but the whole Abigail thing is creating storyline for Chad with no real payoff of us getting Abby back.. Or any of our favorite female characters that make Days worth watching..

Instead they have made good on their threat that they can just replace actors

Do you think they can all just be replaced and the viewer is supposed to be ok with it because at least the show isn’t cancelled

Look at General Hospital and see if of their female characters and how they are stronger and have better storylines

Or sister soap Young and Restless, or Bold and Beautiful.. can those actresses all be replaced? Wouldn’t that spell the end of the show?

What makes Days any different? We have to stand with Ari.. or else we are doing as the cast is and accepting it.. them because they need the work and us because we don’t care what’s happening behind the scenes only that we can still watch
