Shame, Shame, Shame on them for either laying off our beloved female cast members, driving them away or in Ari’s case refusing to negotiate in good faith.

It’s like they tried to blame them, but if karma is a real thing.. it’s going to show up around the time that Days celebrates its Second Peacock Anniversary. 
Budget cuts due to streaming have affected its female cast, as well as alleged toxic work conditions.

If only they had removed the 3rd hour of Today instead of Having to pull Days abruptly from their TV lineup. 
The stress of that plus alleged behavior of the Co-Exec Producer/Director have been a lot for the cast and crew to bear.

it’s expensive to produce but they have managed to keep their male cast.

it’s up to us to support the women. If we show them we’re ok with recasts then we deserve what we get.
