We have been Nicole~less this week but since Ari’s last airdate is July 29 we have roughly 6 more weeks of storyline with her.

If you’re planning on continuing to watch after she leaves that’s fine but I have a huge ask.. don’t watch the two weeks after she leaves., you can stream them later to catch up.. but let’s do this to send a message that work place toxicity and retaliation are wrong.

we’ve lost a huge chunk of our female cast to unnecessary nonsense. A toxic environment has an effect on everyone.. people walk on eggshells to keep the peace..People accept the situation to keep their job… 

Arianne was brave to report it and she knew what the consequences might be but she also knew the environment was toxic and the reason for many of her female cast mates departures. 
If the good ol’ boy clubs thinks their power has no consequences then we must show them differently.. Let’s support all these women.
