Were you as disappointed as I was when Arianne wasn’t nominated for a Lead Actress Emmy? She certainly deserved a nomination

Thats just one thing more that’s been taken from her. Awards are nice but having her job and being treated fairly are too.

They probably want us to feel like Arianne is disgruntled and she was asking for too much money. But if the men on this show are making more, that would include Ken Corday and Albert Alaar? Did Alaar receive a pay raise while he was being investigated and also while Arianne’s pay was requested to be cut not once, but twice? Were any of the male cast members pays cut?

Why is it that when they made “budget cuts” They didn’t cut an even amount of male vs female cast? Why are the stories so male focused? Why have the female characters been written as more damsel in distress instead of showing strong/smart female characters?
A lot is wrong with this show right now and Albert Alaar and Ken Corday may be to blame. They had a lot to do with the direction of the show. Who gets stories/air time, who doesn’t?

Does it strike you as odd that during the investigation into Alaar’s behavior, Arianne was written out of the show? Why on Earth would you make THAT decision? Why would you punish someone for exercising her protected right to visit HR?
Had Arianne not done that and kept her head down like everyone else, she’d still have her job right now. She’d definitely be nominated for a lead Actress Emmy and probably win.
Now she faces being blackballed in her industry. All because she visited HR to report a toxic workplace. Which is why other actors were afraid to do the same.
