We did it! With this news we are declaring victory for this petition! While it may not be the desired location we were anticipating, it is going to be in Tulare and the location will be beneficial and put Cartmill Avenue to use, draw many people to our great town and bring new jobs as well. I want to thank the thousands of Tulareans and many people outside Tulare who signed the petition. I want to thank local leaders for making this dream of bringing a In-N-Out to Tulare possible.
