Spoke at City Council Meeting

I just spoke with the City Council and received great reception with the council members and got attention from the Community Development Deputy Director and other citizens. So having said that, we are now going to extend our goal to 1500 supporters so we can reach the dream to bring an In-N-Out To Tulare!
