Whereas; the career-change that motivated her leaving had to change twice and its initial one was towards a kind of crimefighting-related career she had never shown any interest in prior so she could just as easily change goal yet again to come back and have it seem as in-character (as in many ways she isn't really one of the more grounded characters imho at least compared to people like Benson)

Whereas; it feels like she's just been brought back for token appearances some of which don't even feel like the scenes she should have been in in a given episode given its storyline so if you're going to try and appease the fans that want her back just freaking bring her back all the way already

Whereas; she and Carisi (who the ScreenRant rumor mill kinda fears might be on his way out but could be tethered back with a full Rollins return) are some of the last vestiges of what many people who aren't hardcore Benson/Stabler shippers consider the golden era of SVU and the show could use that kind of stability again after some of the chaos that's been going on

Whereas; another piece of evidence that shows the writers clearly have the idea of fans wanting her back on the brain is the fact that since she left we've gotten multiple female detectives seemingly cut from similar cloth but who've left as quickly as they came once the writers decided they weren't working, stop beating around the bush giving us knockoffs and give us the genuine article

Whereas; in these troubled times for women we not only need shows like SVU but strong female characters that are more diverse kinds of strong than just Olivia Benson now more than ever

Whereas; SVU feels like it's down to a skeleton crew nowadays and I've heard some of why so much revolving door isn't due as many critics might say to Mariska's raises and show budget but to them just testing the waters trying to find what works; well what works better than someone who's worked before and is one of the few characters who left in a way that meant they could be brought back as her occasional appearances (however briefly) since then (which would also make her return not feel as out-of-nowhere if we've still continued to sorta see her) show

Therefore; Amanda Rollins's departure from SVU should be "appealed" and her brought back to a full member/main character again as the character, show, and fandom all deserve/need it #BringRollinsBack
