Office Space for the Community Programs (NO RESPONSE)

In our effort to bring the programs to the kids, veterans, seniors in the community, we requested office space in the closed community center on May, 29, 2024. We sent letters to the Manager/Steward David Greaves and his Board, Legislator Siela Bynoe. We contacted the Nassau County Executive  office of Bruce Blakeman regarding the community center also.  

We requested that the Community Center Manager/Steward grant us space . We requested a written response to us by June 7th, 2024 . They were informed that if they are unable to grant the residents in the Community who is represented by UERC, access to the Community Center we will inform the community and all leaders in our area. We have received no written response to our request for space. How can you deny even the residents of Uniondale a response to use their own facilities for programs that is much needed by them in their Community. 

We will post the letter that was sent to the Mr. David Greaves and his Board and Legislator Siela Bynoe, so that we are transparent to the Uniondale Community, which is part of our mission. 

We ask that you continue to sign the petition so that we can get all leaders looking for our votes to grant us the use of the space, as we continue to represent the voices, and future of our Uniondale Community.  We Will Not Stop until we are heard and results and programs are provided to the Uniondale Community through UERC.
