Indictments are in

Indictments are in for two of the men involved in homicide of Eric Christopher Keais Tuesday December 08.

DA Jack Browning brought evidence to GJ and after case was heard, very light charges were brought against these two men.

Warrents were served and both Judges Lim and Murphy recused themselves from signing warrents. Both Kelley and Dover are still free at this time.

There will be another Judge assigned to this to sign both warrents.

Chief Jamie Newsome was not brought up on any charges nor did DA Browning find anything wrong with what he did that night.
