Police report shows the charge as - homicide, second degree hit and run - misdemeanor, when it plainly states in Georgia law that anyone involved in a hit and run, leaving the scene without rendering assistance and a death occurs from incident is a first degree homicide - felony conviction.

Either the officer - Sgt Turner, doesn't know his job or was told to do so.

Also, why would Trey Kelley let his name be put as complainant when he only supposedly knew him as a "citizen of Polk County"?
