Angers me that they say NY state is rapid cases

It is unreal upstate ny is higher climbing that most rapidly with this virus but a lot prisons have released tech violaters and elderly but NYC that was OK new York state nope.smh Texas released few others have n still are.it's needed now that Benjamin bill been on a stand still long enough.it's getting worse let them home and sane tied n be safe there way with loved ones .come on risk for address  change or curfew smh unbelievable hey NY stay in.NYC nope.Attica NY and Wyoming little towns had a death all ready and yesterday 166 cases .
