Has anyone else had a craving for CAVA only to find that the nearest one is a state away? A CAVA on the strip in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is a great location to put a salad restaurant. It is walking distance from most of the dorms and sorority/fraternity houses. CAVA would get great business from all of the students here on campus. There are not a lot of competing businesses here that offer the same type of food, so CAVA would THRIVE.
